Box 1559 Gulf Breeze, FL 32562 All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed due to a local law which prohibits pets on the beaches. Reservations are accepted for up to 12 months in advance. Reservations run Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday, depending on the check-in day. Check-in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. You may email or call to verify if other arrangments are available during the off peak season. RESERVATIONS: When you place your reservation online, your reservation will only be confirmed by executing an online rental agreement, as well as paying a 50% advance deposit, which is applied towards your rent.  Each reservation is also subject to an 11.5% tax (7.5% sales tax and 4% bed tax) and a $50.00 reservation fee.
